Filter Classes 20 20 CORE

The 20/20/20 class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge, total body workout and relaxation in one. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of yoga poses and meditation. 20/20/Core will be the same from the exception that 20 minutes of the class will focus purely on core work.
